Description

An impressive stemmed stand probably used for offerings.
Decorated around the base with 3 wading birds and fish
and in the dish with fish and a floral motif. The stem
decorated with concentric bands.

Bronze Age, c.2200BC;

Diam: 30 cms; Condition: Complete with minor
rubbing and a small loss of surface above one of the birds.
