Phoenician war galley, waves below.  Rev: Persian king, raising hand, and driver,
holding reins, in chariot left; to right, king of Sidon, in Egyptian style garments,
holding cultic sceptre, walking left.

These war galleys usually show a row of oarsmen across the top of the galley.
This depiction (obviously in poor condition) appears to show a galley with the
oarsmen within the galley more similar to this illustration from Nineveh described
as (Assyrian warship (probably built by Phoenicians) with two rows of oars,
relief from Nineveh, c. 700 BCE.)
